The three region were announced by Appeal, the first one is Ganzaar with the city of Yur wich you can see below:

Sweet, that gives us an idea on how to do the maps. We need to address some problems, though.
Do you people want this to be a 3rd person mod or a 1st person? Honestly, I could go either way. If I had a choice though, I'd go with 3rd person.

hey gravitone - i know that you were geven too much tasks, but could you do something based on that one :

i could than make the buildings and other static meshes you might need.

JubJub : most people on this board are gamers, they just enjoy playing games, and dont care how they are being created. i think there is nothing wrong with that.

i think its important not to give up, take our time, and figure out how to make the best out of what we have. [loll]

hey people, just thought Id give you a quick sneak view of what im working on, I did some early mapping test work in the new unrealed3 which I havent used for a couple of years, but Im back up to speed again :) Keep in mind this was done in a day, and does not represent anything final, just some ideas. Just some buildings/structures I did based loosely on some of the outcast 2 artwork. Although I had some more progress, this is the latests save of that map that I could find, anyways, here they are.
