Stuck...where is okaar

I can't find the daoka to Okaar and can't fix the well in Talanzaar...i've pretty much done everything (i think?) in all worlds except Okaar which i can't get to...PLEASE HELP!

The daoka to Okaar is on a small island just ... west ? of Okasankaar.
About fixing the well, you should use the grenade like gun. It's been a long time since I played it, but it's the gun that needs recharge (#7 I believe).

You know the daoka in Shamazaar that leads to okasankar in the soldier's base?
That's the small island MR is talking about. There are some bouys in the water near the base which provides safe passage from the fish. Look for those
