SLNT-B - where are the upgrades

This will be my fourth time playing Outcast. I remember the first time I played the game, I could buy upgrades for the SLNT-B. However the other times I could'nt locate a merchant who could sell me an upgrade. I thought there was something wrong with the Dutch CD version so I bought an English CD version which should be an complete version according to the cover. I have bought a SLNT-B again, but I still can't find a merchant who can sell me the upgrades. I've looked all around Talanzaar.

Does anyone have a clue where I have to look for or can it be that I'm doing something wrong?
Is it possible that I have to wait for something big to happen in the game, before the merchants have the upgrades again?

The thing is, the upgrades for the SLNT-B were never implemented into the merchants. They are in the game however, but the only way to get them is to use a cheat-code. I know you have to enter hokkuspokkus or something like that, and then you could press F12 to bring up the console. However, I don't remember the command to enable the upgrades for the SLNT-B.

Well, that's odd for I do remember the first time I played Outcast (dutch version) I could buy them from the merchants. It is also strange that they wrote in the manual that you could upgrade the SLNT-B, but that it isn't possible in the game (unless you use a cheatcode).

But I trust you are right...
