"Le Soir" is a belgian newspaper.
You do not type in your article "The Black", it is false because "Le Soir" is newspaper in french. ;)

My english is bad too.

Just means "the evening" like the Evening Herald etc.... Noir means black

There was another newspaper called "Le Matin" ...
You also have "De Morgen" in 'Vlanderen' ...
"Le Soir" stays "Le Soir", no translation needed of course ...
Le soir is 's avonds in Dutch, the evening in english ...
