Well guys (and girls??) here's the bad news:

Hi,
I must tell you that the development of ex-Symbiosis has slowed down because we got work for hire to do other project.
So, we must work on these other projects to have a good financial situation.
Ex-Symbiosis is not stopped at all, it's just slowed down. I think it will be released somewhere in 2006. We all apologize for that.

I have mixed feelings about this news while I am disapointed that "ex-Symbiosis" is delayed I am releaved that Elsewhere Entertainment are taking measures to ensure there survival.
Also we must remember that until Symbiosis is released its development is going to be a hugh financial drain on the company so any additional income should be welcomed, any idea what this other project is?

I am just hoping that they realised that they require extra finance before they reached the point of no return, I cant believe that they would make the same mistake twice and leave it too late.

Hi,i´m new here!
My english is quite bad but i don´t care because in other forums where they talk in enlish they sometimes understand what i said and meant!?!?! [moder]
I remember there were an online-petition not so long ago concernig Outcast 2!!
There were more than 3000 people which subscribed this petition!! Anyone here who knows something about the resulting of this protest !??
I´ve played Outcast for three times and for me it´s one of the best games til
the present day!!! I hope some day it will be continued!!
Btw i think that the community of this fanpage is a very besetting one!! [eek]

Yesterday I visited the "Open Outcast-The hidden gate"-Website!
Their work on an inofficial sequel of Outcast is a great alternative to a possibly never published official Outcast2!! I admire their enthusiasm and i´m very hopefully
due to the works i´ve seen !!
