The FT-74 X has to be repaired by one of the merchant in Okriana ... He'll ask you to bring him a piece of Helidium ... [;)]

You're not confused with the perforator gun, upgrading it with the helidium from okriana's light, and the piece of wite helidium you find in motazaar...?

The rocket launcer upgrade is the one u need the hildium for.
